How do Hel Goods printing services work?
We provide printing and marking services for merchandise of all kinds. Whether you need a single t-shirt printed or design, production and sales for an entire collection of clothes, we will provide the best solution for our customers versatile needs.
You can order printing services easily and quickly using our Designer-tool. You can choose from all items in stock, meaning the models, colors and sizes that are always available. Delivery time when ordered using the Designer-tool is 5-10 working days on average.
If you can’t find what you are looking for in our Designer-tool, please fill out the enclosed prerequisite form, giving us as much detail as possible on your merchandise needs. We will get back to you as soon as possible, during office hours.

Printing- and production methods

Heat transfer (lämpösiirto) -paino
- Tämä menetelmä sopii parhaiten pienempiin eriin (edullisin pienissä erissä).
- Mitä kannattaa painaa: selkeät ja graafiset 1-värilogot ja -tekstit.
- Moniväritulostetut ja painetut siirtokuvat soveltuvat lisäksi pienempiin printteihin (pienet rintaprintit, lippikset, muut pienemmät yksityiskohdat). Tällä menetelmällä voi tulostaa myös suurempia pinta-aloja, mutta vaatteissa printti tuntuu päällä hiostavalta tai kankealta (printti ei hengitä pinnan läpi).
- Soveltuu tiettyihin lippismalleihin ja on edullisempi ratkaisu, kuin brodeeraus (ei kuitenkaan sovellu esim. lippiksen saumojen päälle painamiseen).

Digipalvelut
- Soveltuu parhaiten moniväriprintteihin.
- Kuvat voivat olla pieniä tai suuria.
- Kuvat hengittävät hyvin suurissakin printeissä kevyen värikerroksen ansiosta.
- Tässä painomenetelmässä ei pääse hyödyntämään suurien tilausten volyymietuja.
- Pienissä erissä aloituskustannus nostaa kuluja.

Silkkipaino
- Edullinen painotapa suuriin eriin
- Myös 1-2-väriset pienet erät kustannustehokkaita
- Printeissä hengittävämpi pinta, kuin heat transfer -tekniikalla, joten sopii isoihinkin printteihin hienosti
- Antaa luonnollisen näköisen maalatun pinnan

Brodeeraus
- Suositellaan alkaen useamman kymmenen kappaleen erille
- Pienille muutaman kappaleen erille kallis tuotantotapa
- Soveltuu parhaiten alle 10x10cm kokoisille brodeerauksille
- Värien määrän ja brodeerauksen koon kasvu lisää hintaa
- Brodeerauksia voidaan tehdä erilaisille tuotteille mm. lippikset, pipot, paidat ja takit
- Lisäksi voimme valmistaa brodeerattuja merkkejä/patcheja, joita on mahdollista ommella eri tuotteisiin tai painaa heat transfer -tekniikalla. Merkkien minimitilausmäärät 50kpl, mutta näitä voi jakaa erilaisten tuotteiden kesken.

Heat transfer
- This method is best suited for small batches.
- Works best with clear single-color designs and texts.
- Printed multicolor designs are also suitable for smaller prints (small breast print, caps, other smaller details). This method can be also used for larger prints, but may end up feeling stiff and non-breathable
- Works with certain caps and can be a cheaper alternative to embroidery (cannot however be used to print over seams etc.)

Digital printing
- The best method for multicolor designs
- Prints can be small or large
- Prints will be breathable even with larger designs because of thin layers of color
- With this method the price per print is set, and does not vary depending on volumes
- In small volumes start-up costs will raise expenses

Screen printing
- Low-priced method for large volumes
- Also reasonably priced 1-2 color prints with smaller volumes
- Prints will be more breathable than by using heat transfer, so can be used successfully for large prints
- The end result will be a natural looking painted surface

Embroidery
- Recommended for batches with volumes of several dozen or more.
- Costly method for small volumes
- Works best with under 10x10cm embroidery
- Amount of colors and size of embroidery will affect the final price
- Embroidery can be done on a variety of products, including caps, beanies, shirts and jackets
- In addition, we can also produce embroidered patches, which can then be sewn or pressed on to products using heat transfer method. Minimum order for patches is 50 pieces per picture, but these can then be divided between different products
