I have paid for my order, where is it?

Your order is either in handling, queued or being printed. Order confirmation has been sent to the email address you provided (please also check your Spam-folder). On demand products have a production time of 5-10 working days and orders all will be processed in order of arrival. “Queued” status often means that you have purchased a pre-sale product, and we will deliver it to you once possible.

What is your delivery time?

Our goal is to process all orders in the next three working days from placing the order. Please note that many of our products are sold on demand and are made to order. These products have a delivery time of 6-11 working days, depending on the queue. On demand products are labeled in the product descriptions.

How can I return a product?

You can return products using our courier partners, please see instructions here.

What does an “on demand product” mean?

On demand products are made to order. This means that they are not readily available in stock. On demand products have a production time of 5-10 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Finnish online banking services, most common credit cards, Collector- and Jousto credit.

Do you carry ladyfit shirts?

Our webstore currently does not carry ladyfit shirts.

How do I use a discount code?

You can redeem your discount by entering the code upon payment.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, you can use Collector to pay by invoice. The invoice will be delivered straight to you from Collector. You can see all the payment options here.

Is making a purchase from your webstore safe?

Yes, all payment options are safe.

I ordered using invoice as my payment method, but the invoice didn’t arrive with the order?

We do not handle the invoices ourselves. Invoices will be sent by Jousto or Collector, depending on your choice upon payment. You can also use your online banking ID to log in to Collector’s or Jousto’s website and check your invoice status from there. You can also contact Collector’s or Jousto’s customer service.

What is the delivery time for packages?

Packages should arrive in 1-2 working days from the shipment date. Small packages via Posti should arrive in 1-4 working days straight to your home. Packages sent via DHL Express should arrive to the provided address in 1-2 working days.

What is the delivery time for letters?

Posti promises to deliver letters in 4 working days. Delivery can take longer, especially during peak season. Letters will be delivered straight to the provided address.

Why do items ordered with a presale item ship all together, and not before?

One order (one postage payment) covers one shipping. If you want to receive the non-presale items earlier, you can pay for the extra shipping, and we will ship the products to you. Alternatively you can also order the presale item on as its own order. Please contact us at if you wish to pay for extra shipping.

What does it mean that returned products need to be unused?

Returned products must be in the condition they were sold in. You can try the products on, but they must be returned in as good as new condition. Products purchased from our store must be returned with the original tags unremoved.

Can I return or exchange purchased products?

Yes you can. You are entitled to return or exchange your order within 14 days. Please click here for instructions on how to return or exchange your order.

Can I have my order shipped to another address then my own?

Yes you can. You can provide us with the desired address upon payment, and we will ship your order there.

How do I get the tracking number for my order?

We will provide you with the tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

I am unable to retrieve my order from the pick-up point, what do I do?

You can contact the customer service of the courier you selected as your shipping method, and ask them to extend the pick-up time for the package. Otherwise the package will be returned to us, after which we can ship it to you again, at the cost of the delivery fee. Please contact us regarding this at

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us at Please include your name and order number in the message. We only accept cancellations in writing. Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of shipping.

Why did I not receive order confirmation?

Please contact us at if you did not receive order confirmation. You should also check your Spam folder, sometimes the confirmation may end up there.

I mistyped my information while making an order, what do I do?

Please contact us at, include your order number and the information that needs to be fixed. If your order has already been shipped, we will contact the courier service for you.

Do you ship orders outside of Finland?

Yes we do! You can choose DHL Express as your shipping method for international shipping.

Why has my order not arrived, even though I have paid?

Can I change the due date on my invoice?

We have outsourced billing to Collector & Jousto. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, you should contact Collector or Jousto, depending on your choice upon ordering.

Are all products priced the same online and in the physical store?

Yes they are. Sometimes there may be exceptions where certain items are discounted only at our brick and mortar store, but we will inform of these separately.

Why are some products no longer available?

Our selection changes because new products replace old ones. Sometimes artists also update or change their logo, in which case old products are no longer sold.

Why do I need to provide my social security number when ordering by invoice?

  • Many services require you to confirm your identity in order to prevent third parties from placing orders under your name. The billing provider does not share this information with Hel Goods.

The billing provider will confirm your identity when you apply for credit or use one of their services. They do this also to evaluate your ability to repay, when applying for credit. 

Collector will perform a credit check before you are granted credit. The same will apply if your credit is increased because of new purchases or other reasons. If you are not granted credit, you have the right to know the reason.

What are the advantages to registering an account?

Checking out is faster if you have a registered account, as your information has already been entered previously. You can also track your order status from your page.

Event sales

What payment options do you have available at events?

We accept cash or cards. During COVID-19 we prefer contactless payment with cards.

How wide range of products do you have available at events?

The range of products we carry at events depends on the artists who are performing. Festivals usually have several of our artists performing, in which case we will carry a broader selection of products. Other times, at smaller events, there may only be one artist performing who we represent, in which case we will only carry said artists' products. We always strive to carry as wide a range of products as possible from the performing artists.

Printing & production

Do you have your own shirt printing facilities?

Yes we do. In addition to our own facilities, we offer all printing & marketing services (printing, embroidery, sewing etc.) in association with our partners.

What does it mean when an item is in stock?

Items in stock are ready to ship, and do not need to be printed.

Do artists get any income from sold products?

Yes, every sale generates income for the artist in question. Purchasing products is a good way to support your favorite artists!

Can I order products with custom prints?

Yes you can! The fastest way is through our designer-service. If you cannot find what you are looking for in the designer, please fill out the prerequisite form and we will contact you.

Where can I see size charts for your products?

You can find all size charts and other product information here.

Are all your products manufactured in Finland?

  • Almost all printing, embroidery and sewing of patches is done in Finland. In addition all of our socks are manufactured in Finland.

Our base products are however mostly manufactured outside of Finland. Our shirts (t-shirts, longsleeves, crewnecks and hoodies), which cover most of our selection, come from our trustworthy suppliers factory in Bangladesh. The products’ supply chain is in our knowledge and our partner ensures that the production is done ethically and ecologically. This is guaranteed by certificates BSCI, Standard 100 and - with organic cotton products - GOTS or Organic blended content standard. Do you have different types of models for shirts?

Are your products unisex?

Yes, all of our products are unisex unless specified otherwise. You can find the size charts here.

Are your products of good quality?

Yes, they are. High quality, ecology and ethics are important to us and we work hard to ensure the best possible products within are values. You can find more information about our products here.

How do you take ecology into account concerning your products?

  • Over 90% of all printing, embroidery, sewing of patches and other marking of products is done in Helsinki, Finland. Additionally our most commonly used shirts are now organic cotton. We use durable products, so they can be used for as long as possible.

We also avoid producing large quantities of products to sit in storage. Most of our products are made to order, which means that there is much less wastage.

The amount of products made with ecological materials will be increased in our selection as materials with adequate quality are released to the market. We are weekly looking for new, better and more ecological solutions for the manufacture of our products.
