Current terms of delivery:
We strive to process orders in 1-3 working days. Items that are in stock have a delivery time of 2-10 working days, depending on your chosen delivery method (package or letter). The production of on demand -products can take up to 5-10 working days, in which case the delivery time is 11-16 working days.
We will use the information you provide us for your order only to inform you concerning your order. We reserve the right to changes in pricing. Prices shown on our website are valid only online. All our products have a 14 day right of return (LP/CD must be unopened and price tags not removed. Clothing must be unused.) We deliver orders to Finland and globally using DHL Express, to predefined countries.
Returns
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us first at info@helgoods.fi
Returns are primarily done by DB Schenker or Posti. If you have selected Matkahuolto as your delivery method, you can also return your order by Matkahuolto.
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days. Returns are primarily done using DB Schenker or Posti, using the package ID (located on the lower side of the consignment label).
- If you have the original packaging (package + consignment note), you can use it to return your order. All you need to do is take it to DB Schenker and send it as a return shipment.
- If the original packaging is damaged, you should use different packaging, but attach the original consignment note to the new package. Take it to DB Schenker and send it as a return shipment.
- If the original packaging + consignment note are both damaged, you should use different packaging and take the order to DB Schenker. Give them the shipment ID we provided to track your order (12 digit code). Here you should also mention, that it is a return shipment.
You can return your order by Posti, by using our logistics number 647934 (All Day Entertainment Oy. The number should be written on the package, along with the text “Return (asiakaspalautus)”. Please include information regarding what order you are returning (along with your name and contact information) in the package.

If you have selected Matkahuolto as your deliverymethod, you may also return your order by Matkahuolto. Our Matkahuolto return number is: 9539400. Mark the package clearly with the return number and take it to your nearest Matkahuolto office or package point. No additional address information is required, Matkahuolto will print out the needed address cards etc.
If you return your whole order, we will deduct the price of shipping from the refund.
Online banking payment
We provide a choice of online banking payment options including: Nordea, Danske Bank, Aktia, OP and S-pankki. When executing payment, you will be redirected to your choice of online banking and will be able to sign in using your online banking ID.
Jousto invoice and instalment
Jousto invoice and instalment is a Finnish service, which lets you do your shopping online fast and safe. Jousto is meant for individuals who have handled their finances impeccably. With Jousto you can get 30 days of interest-free credit. An invoice fee of 2,90€ will be added to the order. Once you receive your invoice, you can decide whether to pay in full or in instalments. You can pay your invoice in up to 36 instalments, starting from 9,90€ / month. Jousto instalment costs are 3,90€ / month with an additional 19,90% credit interest. You can use Jousto to pay for 30-3000€ of shopping.
Paying with Jousto is safe. During your first purchase, you will go through a strong electronic identification process. As a returning customer you can easily identify yourself using a disposable code sent to your phone. Jousto will execute a real-time and automated credit decision during every purchase. Payment transactions and transmission of information is always done under a protected connection. The invoice will be delivered by email. Aurajoki Nordic Oy is the active lender of credit.

Collector
We offer the possibility to pay for your order via invoice in cooperation with Collector Bank AB. When choosing to pay by Collector invoice, you will receive your order before paying. The invoice will be delivered by email once your order has shipped from our warehouse. You can either pay in full or divide the payment into smaller instalments. In order for you to pay in installments and enter into an overdraft agreement, you must pay the minimum amount by the due date and sign a credit agreement with Collector Bank. Go to oma.collector.fi to see how to sign the agreement. Collector invoices have a 14 day credit. An invoice fee of 3,50€ will be added to the order.
If you choose to pay by invoice or instalments, you can only order to your address listed in the population register. You must be 18 years of age. Once you receive your invoice you can choose to pay in 36 month instalments by paying the minimum amount, which will appear on your invoice. Instalment interest rates are 17% (variable). The true interest rate during a 12 month period for a 1000€ purchase is 24,0% (includes credit interest 17% (variable) and 3,50€ invoice fee). Total sum will be 1120e (monthly instalment 87-99€).
If you have not received a physical invoice in the mail, you can use your online banking ID to log in to Collectors website, where you can check your invoice.
